Electronic engine management system "Cascade" |
|
Microprocessor control gas engine (hereinafter - the system) is designed to perform the following functions for managing a gas engine:
- Torque control of sparking in the engine cylinders
- Formation of current pulses in the primary circuit of the ignition coils
- Static contact momentum distribution of individual ignition coil for each cylinder engine
- sparking in the engine cylinders
- throttle the engine
- automatic control and stabilization of the rotational speed of the engine crankshaft during load variations
The system can be used to control multi-cylinder gas engines as two-and four-stroke, working on vehicles or in compressors, generating sets and other drives for industrial use, in which the gas engine is used as a source of mechanical energy.
 Microprocessor control system
Induction speed sensor and angular position of the crankshaft
The system is made explosion-proof for use in hazardous areas, indoor and outdoor installations Class B1A, according to the classification of RB Ch. 7.3., Or in areas of Class II classification IEC dangerous on gas, which can form explosive mixtures gazoparovozdushnye Group II, temperature class T1.
